Hey everyone :)

Just a quick we note in a moment of non-work(!). The 15th of May is B92s
10th birthday. They were planning to have a big party in Belgrade but this
will have to be postponed due to the war...

However I was wanting to know if we could do something on that date to mark
the day for them in a sign of solidarity, which is something I am sure they
will absolutely appreciate (all 39 full-time staff have resigned from B92
and most are currently still in Belgrade). If you think this is a good idea
then I suggest we try and take this a step further and make as many people
know about it as possible...in short, lets try and get some publicity for
this...we all have lots of good contacts with media and PR people so we
must be able to raise some kind of attention for something like this.
Xchange must be able to make the world take attention with all the people
that we know!

I would like also to recommend that someone(s) take on the responsibility
of organising this event and make it happen!

Lastly, this event could tangibly (as well as spiritually) assist
independent media in FRY if we pointed interested onlookers in the
direction of the helpB92 donation page on the net. This last point is a
suggestion only and may not be appropriate but I suggest it for your
consideration.
