MusicsystemM trust the users of this site, and sincerely ask
you to report back to us if you find anything that doesn't
relate to this site, and therefore should be removed. Do not
misuse the opportunity to upload anything else but your own
original midi music, in the standard midi format, using only
general midi compatible sounds. We are not interested in midi
versions of the latest top teen hits, or Mozart midis.

How to upload the music.
At the top of the hompage you se two small buttons. Click on
the one called Upload tune. after that click on Register. The
only reason we ask you to register is that only you then will
be able to enter your tunes later, if you want to change the
text you have written or the tune it self. We are sorry that
the ID and password are two very long stupid numbers, but its
the fastest way to make the system, so you don't have to wait
too long to be able to upload your tunes.

How to download the music.
-Netscape users: point, click and keep holding down the mouse
button at the tune you want to download, in the pop-up menu choose
save link as? Don't forget to change the format to source instead
of text.

-Explorer users: point, click and keep holding down the mouse
button at the tune you want to download, in the pop-up menu choose
save link to disk.

What kind of midi music can I upload and how do I make it?
First of all, the music you upload to our site can only be
standard midi files (.mid). This means that you can't upload
real music in .aif,.wav, or mpeg3 format, but only in the
.mid format. The standard midi format is a global format for
all kinds of computers and sequencers.

In other words there is only one way your music can be heard
by other users:

-The music must be a standard midi file.
-All sounds have to be compatible to the general midi instruments setup.
-Your midi file must be named xxx.mid. (fx.bobsbeat.mid.)
When you have finished your work in your midi sequencer program,
like Cubase, Vision or Logic, save or export your song as a midi file.

Tips:
Make sure that your quantization of the sequences or tracks is made
permanent, when saving as a standard midi file.
Write into each track, which general midi instrument you have used,
if your sequence program don't do it automatically. Normally you can
check this in the event list for each sequence or track.
