We want to invite you to take part in SCHWITTRADIO on the 19th of September:

This summer Lancashire is the site of a complex international and regional
event including ArtBarns, an exhibition of installations and MERZbarn, a
conference on Kurt Schwitters and his influence on contemporary art (Sept
17th-19th at Ambleside, UK.). Schwitters - chased out of Germany by war -
died in Ambleside in 1947, leaving his last great work, a MERZ Barn,
unfinished.

Hank Bull from Vancouver/Canada contributes a VIRTUAL BARN to the ArtBarns
exhibition: http://front.bc.ca/artbarns/html/index.html

On Sunday, September 19, 1999, 12:00 GMT to 24:00 GMT, this Virtual Barn
will be the site of MERZmuseum - a global collaborative web-cast, using
Schwitters' legendary sound poem URSONATE (Primal Sonata) as a leitmotif.

ARTISTS AROUND THE WORLD ARE INVITED TO PARTICIPATE in this 12-hour homage
to one of the great figures of 20th century art.
