Dear Xchange[rs]!

In the recent days - (apparetly, due to the AEF )-
there is a very increased activity with announcements -

Unfortunately - seems that some of you have 
forgotten, that the mailing list automatically 
publishes submissions only 
from e-mail addresses that are subscribed we have 
to do so to slip piles of messages like "make money fast ...", 
"visit this hilarious xxx site..." etc.).

Otherwise messages bpounce back for review - and there might 
be delays.

PLEASE USE addresses that you have subscribed!

i know many of us use several (many) e-mail accounts - 
but then maybe they are just TOO many :-)
