he's being a bit pushy with me, but i guess we could look at this proposal
by jonathan. he's devised a universal time system to overcome time zone
changes. a bit of a nightmare to logistically work out for the symposium. i
would tell him 'no' on implementing for the symposium, but maybe we could
work out a net.radio schedualler using it.
what's your opinion?

I am still awaiting a responce on my suggestion of the use of XTime as a
