Klaus Filip, Arnold Haberl aka "noid" and Boris Hauf are performing in the
framework of the "moving patterns" festival 2004, in three different
cities, using the internet and "lloopp", a software developed by Klaus
Filip, to interlink them.

The layout for "tripple duo - a musical triangle" is quickly sketched: 3
venues, 3 musicians, 3 duets, 3 data streams. At each venue in New York,
Berlin, and Vienna there is one musician and two laptops. Whilst the
musician present produces sound on his laptop, his dislocated partner is
sonically represented by the second, remote controlled computer. This way,
a duet is playing at each venue, Klaus Filip (physically present) and
Boris Hauf (remote) in New York. In Berlin, Hauf (physically present) and
"noid" via his remote controlled lloopp instrument and so on.
