Hi, sorry, you are one of the three people
that i sent an email to since i was infected by
the happy99.exe virus/worm.
Here is the documentation for it and the fixit.

Happy99.exe Computer Worm
A computer worm called
Happy99.exe, able to send
copies of itself by e-mail and
spam itself to Usenet
newsgroups, is making its way
around the Internet. The worm is
currently in the wild in Europe
and is already spreading around
North America.
The worm arrives as an
attachment to e-mail or
newsgroup messages and is
able to infect only when users
run this attachment.
Norton AntiVirus users can protect themselves from this worm by
downloading the virus
definitions updates released on Jan 28, 1999 or later either through
LiveUpdate or from the
following webpage:
http://www.symantec.com/avcenter/download.html
otherwise, do the following.
delete WINDOWS\SYSTEM\SKA.EXE
delete WINDOWS\SYSTEM\SKA.DLL
replace WINDOWS\SYSTEM\WSOCK32.DLL with WINDOWS\SYSTEM\WSOCK32.SKA
you might have to do this using dos.
