Dear Xchangers, esp. Zina and Adam -
thank you very much for the letter -

It remainded the things that we (personally)
have been talking already more than over a year or two -

the site is very important and it is perhaps the last moment 
/oportunity to lounch it - 

- and i have to confess - with a shame -
that nothing visibly new has appeared on the website since
 - actually the 1997 :-(

Even the thing that i had promised in 1997 - the database driven 
calendar/scheduler/interface have not appeared ...

Now I'll tell some new - hopefully more encouraging news:
last weekend i bought and set-up a powerful machine
 which is put on a strong 10mbit line

and i have planned withis 2 weeks to complete the plans to 
complete the first stage: radically upgrade the site:

to the xchange page: links, archives, etc +
 which will be added the scheduler/interface.

together with the world-service.org, tmselector.net - 
it will share a common SQL database for web-events and related info 

Ideas about joining together with the orang archive (at least for
 the live events section) - are leading us to ideas about establishing
 an experimental internet protocol (technical standarts for 
live-events publishing, archiving) for our network.

I have been looking on various platforms for dynamic website/portal
cration -
like Zope.org, midgard.org, php.net etc -

i'l hurry up to set the environment for a group work ...



lets work. lets use the possibilites
of mutually coordinated work.
