Cleveland Watkiss is back out-front again! Following his recent
critically acclaimed collaborations with Nikki Yeoh and Sacred Circles
as well as regular DJ spots at Talvin Singh?s Anokha night in Brick
Lane, Cleveland is back with a new band Source and his own label Touch
Down Soundz. ?Victory?s Happy Song Book? is Cleveland?s first solo album
in a decade.

His drum 'n bass trio, ?Project 23? with Marque Gilmore and UK garage
pioneer, DJ Le Rouge were critically acclaimed innovators and their
Dorado release ?23? is one of the seminal drum ?n bass records.
Cleveland recorded with Goldie (?Adrift? on  ?Timeless?) and spent 2
years as the original resident vocalist/MC at the Blue Note lub /
London. At this time, he began his long time collaboration with his
friend, Talvin Singh. Cleveland featured on and co-wrote the track ?
Traveller? from Talvin?s Mercury Award winning album ?O.K.?
