Thought you might like to know that there's one day left before we launch
the new edition of the-phone-book's quarterly collection of ultra short
fiction for wireless and traditional internet! That means you have one day
to hear V2.0 stories before we replace them with the new versions...well,
actually, that's not strictly true if you happen to be near to Huddersfield
in West Yorkshire later this year...


We are proud to announce a couple of upcoming appearances for
the-phone-book's collection!


HUDDERSFIELD, UK & ONLINE
www.the-phone-book.com are proud to present their first collaboration with
www.speakerscorner.org.uk & www.the-media-centre.co.uk!

'Huddersfield Tales' (an interactive LED screen commission for Speakers
Corner) and 'the-phone-box' (an audio installation for your listening
pleasure). Both will be active from October.


ONLINE
www.voyd.com/ia presents (re)distributions, an online exhibition that will
add new works as well as hosting discussion forums and other events from now
until the end of its active run on October 31.

www.the-phone-book.com will present a panel of special guests to stimulate
debate and discussion around issues of content development for wireless
applications.


ALL this, our NEW edition, PLUS feedback from our ultra-short-fiction
workshop for Liverpool's Writing on the Wall event can be found on our new
site.
