You can try Soma; it's still somehow in beta but from what I saw it certainly can do that, and plenty more meanwhile: you all should check this project, an open source software suite expecially designed for radio - experimental, if you ask me.

Anybody out there doing multichannel streaming yet - I can Windows and Real will do it though that restricts to windows xp - any one with any tricks and tips?
